Terms and conditions.
Contract of rental.
The rental contract shall be between the clients and the property owners.
They shall be deemed to be made subject to these conditions of rental. The
contract of rental is not effective until the client receives a written
confirmation of booking.
Initial Payment.
Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and
the signed booking form. However if the booking is made within two months
of the rental period then the full amount of rental will be required on
booking.
Security Deposit.
Upon arrival the property Management Company will request details of the
clients valid credit card. Clients must agree that these details may be
used as security against any breakage's, losses, damage, excess cleaning
costs, long distance telephone calls etc. These details will be destroyed
subject to a satisfactory inspection by the property Management Company.
Deposit Payment.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required with completed booking
form.
Balance Payment.
The balance of the rental costs will be required no later than 6 weeks prior
to commencement of rental period.
Cancellations.
Where the owners receive written conformation of cancellation not less than
10 weeks prior to commencement of rental period, then only the deposit will
be forfeit.
In the event of cancellation less than 10 weeks prior to commencement of
rental period, the following charges will apply: 8-10 weeks prior to rental
period...50% of total rental costs.
Less than 8 weeks prior to rental period...100% of total rental costs.
All cancellations must be made in writing at the earliest opportunity.
Liability.
Neither the owners nor the property Management Company will accept any liability
for the acts or omissions of our principles over whom we have no control,
such as airlines, car hire companies etc.
Neither the owners nor the property Management Company will accept any liability
whatsoever for any deaths, injuries or illness sustained by clients or any
other visitors to the property or swimming pool, nor for any loss or damage
sustained to any property brought to the premises.
Party Size.
The maximum number of guests permitted during any one rental period is ten.
The owners or property Management Company reserve the right to refuse admittance
if this condition is not observed.
Client Responsibilities.
The client is responsible for the property and its security, and is expected
to take all reasonable care of it for the whole of the rental period. All
equipment, utensils, barbecue, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end
of the rental period.
Damage.
All damage and breakages are the responsibility of the client, and their
costs will be charged to their valid credit card number.
Pets.
The owners do not allow pets in or around the property.
Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Arrivals and Departures.
Check in times are after 3pm on day of arrival.
Check out times are before 10am on morning of departure.
Changes or Cancellation by Owners.
Whenever possible all changes will be advised to you without delay. Should
circumstances beyond the owners control require the cancellation of a booking,
we will where ever possible make alternative arrangements. Should these
prove unacceptable, and once written instructions have been received from
the client, the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Force Majuere.
Neither the owners nor the Property Management Company will accept any liability
in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by any events beyond our
control ( Strikes, fire, flood, airport closures or delays, hurricanes,
tornado's, extreme weather conditions , etc.).
Insurance.
Clients are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance cover. Neither
the owners nor the Property Management Company will accept any responsibility
for any deaths, injuries, illness, nor loss or damage to property including
motor vehicles, however caused. |
